Why are prices cheaper online compared to being in the store… website seems dated and overly complicated. Lastly, I dislike when someone makes me feel like bringing my Lexus to the Toyota dealership is a big thing vice versa. It’s the same manufacturers and some of your employees don’t know that. As someone who works in parts I was very displeased with multiple Lexus and Toyota dealerships in the past week. Thankfully I am tech savvy enough to have ordered my parts and save over $100. "
