"Received a phone call telling me the rims were going to be shipped, but to expect them to arrive damaged because UPS usually damages the rims when they ship them. The person I spoke to said he would pack them the best he could but they would probably show up damaged and that wasn’t his fault it was UPS.
What am I supposed to do with that information?!
Still waiting for delivery, the email link that was sent has no tracking info.

Minor chip in the windshields bottom part and a small crack as well!
Was very excited about the purchase cause it seemed like a fair price (given the current car market conditions) for a clean better than average condition RX 350 with the specs we were looking for until the windshield damage was discovered...it’s minor but it’s there and it wasn’t disclosed.
The vehicle was sold as is, so no remedy expected from the dealer, we are hoping it will pass inspection without having to replace the windshield but it will have to be addressed sooner better than later.
The used car market is tough, demand is high and so are the prices but the quality of preowned vehicles not so much believe me we have seen more than a dozen of them all over the tri-state area and it seems even new car dealers are cutting corners in the name of profit.
You wouldn’t believe the condition of some of the CPO vehicles at various Lexus dealerships!
Hopefully thee will not be any major issues with the car in the future given Lexuses famous reliability.
