"Not much of a store. Its actually like a bank you can hold your money in until paypal refunds it when your item doesn't show up. I called several times with no reply. I emailed several times with no reply. The final message I left was one that indicated that it seemed like my money had been stolen. The next day PayPal issued a refund which will take 30 day to reinstate. I ordered something from this "company" on the first of July. It said on the website that it would ship 3-7 days later however it never did.
I encourage people that have have the ill fortune of dealing with this company to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Don't waste your time with this scumbag. Especially if you are counting on actually getting what you pay for. I wish I had read these reviews before I put my money down."
"Another bad experience... customer service is odd an useless. Received a broken candle holder that I would use as a gift later. When recipients opened the box, candle holder was cracked. Seller refused to exchange despite clear return policy providing refunds for damages lost in transit (with no mention of time limitation in the provision. Hey, there are other sellers in the sea and you will be better served by shopping elsewhere.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
We provide tracking or delivery confirmation on all orders. If a package is lost or damaged in transit we will take full responsibility and issue a refund or a replacement at our discretion. Should the damaged item need to be returned to us, we will take any and all financial responsibility returning the item. For lesser valued items we will likely just have you send us a digital photo of the damaged product and then have it disposed of."
"Very unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service. If it was possible to rate 0 out of 5, I would. The owner called me childish and said I hung up on him after telling me I didn't read information right about shipping (I may not have noticed different info in the product description, but at checkout, 5-9 days was listed-I was told this was not the correct shipping -I should have read the product description. Shouldn't they be the same when I am selecting my shipping rate based on what is listed at checkout?) Then I was told that I must have typed the invoice # incorrectly because the tracking couldn't find my invoice. I cut and pasted the invoice # from their email. Not sure how it could be wrong. Was told when I called that the owner was going to cancel my order and refund my money. Specifically said I did NOT want my order cancelled. Several minutes later, I received emails saying my order was cancelled and money refunded. Then followed by multiple emails telling me what an awful customer I am because the owner was trying to help. Don't see anywhere in here where there was help even attempted to be given. Was also told that the reason for additional shipping time was item was shipped direct from manufacturer. Owners eBay site states 10 or more of this same item in stock as of today! So why did mine have to come from manufacturer? Luckily, found item elsewhere for less money and less shipping time."
"I ordered some adorable fuzzy owls for my Christmas tree and they arrived a few days later even cuter than the pic! Was shipped via USPS mail and took 3 days to get here and that was the free shipping for an order of $121. Great owls, I didn't talk to anyone so I can't speak about the people but the site works much better than I hoped. Merry CHristmas!!!!"
"Very poor customer service. They take your money and then don't respond for weeks.
Then they refund your money claiming there was a problem with payment. How can they process a refund if they never received the funds in the first place?
Then they tell me to order again only this time the cost is higher.
I think they realized they had a mistake in the pricing so they refund my money forcing me to re-order.
I did not reorder and will not do business with this company."

The item clearly showed in stock on your website and you gladly accepted my order. I followed up with a phone call the following Monday and spoke to someone who told me "oh yeah it's in stock and should ship today or tomorrow." I called again on Wednesday and was told "oh yeah it shipped out Monday, but I don't see a tracking number. You should see it by Thursday." Not only did you never ship it, but you never actually had it and you WAITED TWO F**KING WEEKS TO TELL ME. The kicker? It was to be a birthday gift for my mother. "I could not agree more with the previous reviews on the customer service. I ordered 3 sets of stemmed candlesticks April 25th for a June 4th wedding. When weeks went by with no deliveries I contacted them and was told it was a post office problem (lie). In 2 days I received a partial order and when I asked for the rest they said to wait it out, that they would show up. After much waiting and a week before the wedding, they finally admitted to me they had none! Demanded and received full credit plus shipping charges."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered three statues a month before a big event($600). I received tracking and confirmation. Eight days before my event and they were not here, so I called in a panic. Owner Mike apologized, told me he had 12 more in stock and would send three replacements on Monday (event was the following Saturday). He promised they would arrive Wednesday. When they did not I emailed and phoned for two days. No response until an email from "Kate" late last night, Thursday, saying, "sorry, none in stock, none to send. Shipping accidents happen." My event is tomorrow and I have nothing to give three Judges. "

"This seems like a fairly new company and I think they are trying to do the right thing but at times struggle with logics and coordination. The goods news is they are quick to respond to emails and are sometimes available on the phone but emails seem to work best. I would rate their customer skills high but the backend (dealing with the manufacturer) needs some work and would not give it a very high rating. I am hoping that this is due to learning the ropes and as time goes on they will be much better at the backend. If not, they could lose customers. I have dealt with a lot of Internet companies and if Pretty Clever Decor has the product you want I would give them a try."
