The customer service was very helpful. We used IM to talk about the product and the shipping. I am pleased to report that my chair arrived within 3 weeks! It's a terrific-quality chair. It doesn't give any odor, the steel frame is solid (no joints to loosen over time), and it's comfortable. I have sat in this chair for literally 5 hours straight as I read a book cover to cover and never felt better. I love it! And I get compliments on it all the time."
