"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Months and months I was totally ignored. Multiple phone calls and e-mails totally ignored. Bad product. Cartridges failed to work. Printer would not recognize them. Appears that they don,t care about customer. If I could give a negative number as a score I would. Possibly the worst business I have ever done business with. STAY AWAY"

"I ordered 9 cartriges for my Canon Pixma 870 printer advertisded along with the Canon copyrighted logo. When recieved, I was surprised to see they weren't Canon cartidges, but figured that they must work, and installed them into my printer. They were not reconized by my printer and did not work. I eMailed the company, and they told me to return the items, and that they had "new" ones that would work. Instead of sending a return shipping label, "Andrew" said "Just black out your return address, and mark it RETURN TO SENDER". Knowing this to be dishonest and fraudulent, I payed shipping for the items return myself. I then recieved cartriges the not only did my printer not recognize, but did not physically fit printer. I was told to return the items for refund, and they again refused to pay the return shipping. I payed return shipping and recieved my refund MINUS a $4.95 charge for returned items sent by Free Shipping policy. I lost nearly 50% of what I paid these people for parts that did not function as described.
This was THE SADDEST, MOST CHEESY COMPANY that I have ever dealt with.
