"I order 400+ shots glass, two different designs. I had both personalize, each one had different timeline of delivery which i wasn't aware of the time of order. I was notified the next day by phone on the delivery time table by a very professional sales associate. He carefully review my order and asked when i needed the items by. The sales associat explained in detail why there were diffent time frames for each item. I took a chance with PriceWiseEvents.com and told him I am willing to take the chance. Again the sales assoicate warned me that it might not arrive on time due to the lead time needed to make my delivery date and was happy to cancel my order and refund me my money.
