"If 0 stars was an option, it would have been that. Price Points customer service is a complete joke, and they're extremely rude on the phone.
I called prior to placing an order to ensure the item would ship that day and was assured it would. Sure enough they did not ship it, and it missed the deadline we needed it by. Price Point refused to take any responsibility and blamed me for their accounting department flagging my order for fraud, although the billing and shipping address matched, I spoke to them, my IP matches where I live.. The list could go on.
Needless to say the item has been refused and I was forced to file a chargeback. Love Amex.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable seller elsewhere. Hell, go to Amazon and save money and the hassle of dealing with self righteous customer service representatives."
