"This reseller is horrible. They did not deliver my camera for almost a month after I made payment, and that after countless emails (which they quit responding to), phone calls, and finally threats. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They clearly sold me a camera they did not have in stock."

"Same thing, ebay closed there store the day after I bought from them, it was hard to get ahold of them 0n the phone, I got the nikkon 5700 about two weeks after I did. Now I cant get ahold of them to warranty my camera , which is messed up. "

"Buyer Beware!! But then again who can buy from them when they have closed shop, so to speak. Ebay black-balled them a few weeks after I made a purchase. I wish they would have let the buyers know what liars these people are. Also known as Consumerxpress and located in New York City. File a complaint with BBB of New York if you didn't get your product or refund. Also I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency. Do likewise! Both complaints can be done online."

"Price looked good and feedback looked ok. The price was cheap but so was the service. First they didn't respond to my email then I was on hold for over 15 minutes every time I called (some as long as 30 minutes for a 2 minute conversation). I won my auction ***-***-****) on 1/9/2004 and paid 1/12/2004 via phone (as requested and CC was also charged 1/12). I also wanted an underwater housing which they said they had in stock and they also sold me the extended warranty (They lied to me about the factory warranty to sell it). Was suppose to ship 2nd day (but 3-5 days after payment) so I called on 1/22/2004 to see what the status was and was told they were having problems and would have it shipped overnight soon. I call again on Monday 1/26 to check status and was told it would ship Thur or Fri. Called back Mon 2/2 and was told I'd have it Tue or Wed. Called 2/3 to ask for tracking number (which they promised from my first call I would get via email) and they didn't know if it shipped and was told to call back next day. Call back next day (Wed 2/4) and told I would have Thur. Got package Thur 2/5 w/o the housing and never got the tracking number like promised. Called to find out the housing will ship later from somewhere else. Said I was very unhappy about the way my order was handled. They said they will make it up to me next time. I said there wont be a next time and told them I would leave negative feedback. The said goodbye and hung up. I did finaly get my underwater housing the following week.

If you leave them negative or neutral feedback they WILL leave bogus negative feedback for you. Don't believe me just look at the negatives they got and then lookup the ones they left for those people. If they deserve negative feedback and you don't leave then you are no better then they are.

AS STATED BY SOMEONE ELSE... "By the way, this Company uses Square Trade to try and blackmail you to remove a negative you may have left for them. If you ignore the emails from Square Trade, there is a way that they can remove the negative you left for these people. Respond to them whether or not you want to use them or not--otherwise they may get your negative you left for them remove..."

I ended up sending (certified return receipt) the warranty back for a refund. I got the refund before I got the return receipt so they were fast on that.

You will be sorry if you ever send your camera into mack camera for repairs. I purchased a warranty for my GL-1, sent it in for repairs, it took forever and no work was ever done, and the camera came back in worse shape than it was in. I called them to confront them on this, and they were rude and nasty. I ended up taking my camera to a local shop, it was fixed in two days. Do not give your money to Mack Camera, businesses like theirs should not be allowed to operate."

"Stay away. I paid and now, 33 days later I'm out $600, they never shipped my item, lied about it being in stock several times and told me I would be getting a refund, haven't seen the refund yet.
I paid via Paypal, they told me they had processed the refund and that Paypal had not yet forwarded the money to me. I called Paypal, they had no record of any transaction, pending or otherwise. I called customer service back, this time I was told that they did not have enough funds in their Paypal account and they were in the process of transferring the funds. As you can see, they have no problem telling lies and do not have a clue as to customer responsiveness or even business savy. They want your money, and as much of it as they can, then they could care less about you. I have filed fraud charges against them. BEWARE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

"What a scam this company is. I bought a video camera and paid within 2 days. I called them on numerous occasions only to be put on hold or told its in shipping. After 3 weeks they changed their number and refused to answer my emails. It has taken me a month of digging to finaly get through to them. now they tell me that my camera is not in stock. Go figure...the bait and switch! Why offer a product if you dont have it. I refuled to accept their alternative choice which was cheaper and now l am left waiting to see if they will send a refund. Its now a month later and l am left wondering if l will even get my money back.

Rude, downright unprofessional. How can a company like this be allowed to stay in business under these terms. I see thay have been delisted from ebay. I wonder why?

I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Scam artists!

"I searched for a month looking for the best camcorder at the best price and everywhere I turned read the horror stories of bait and switch artists. I was even subjected to one myself, but then I located priceitwholesale. Their prices were outstanding, their service was amazingly helpful, and there was no pressure to change or increase my order. The order arrived three days later. Incredible! I would give them A++ all the way around and would use them again in a minute."

"The camara was fine. The package items were not as shown or described. I tried to contact for help but they did not respond to 3 emails and I was on hold forever when I called. Learned a lesson the hard way. If you buy from them, just get the one item you want. It's hard for them to send something "similar" when you bid on specific item. "

"I am very Unsatisfied with this company. I purchased 2 DVD video cameras for almost $2,000 US dollars and spent over 30 minutes to talk to thier very rude customer service department. They talk to you like your wasting thier time and they do not care if you are thier customer or not. They also do not grant you thier promotions like they say they do. I would not recommend this e-bay seller or company to anyone. I will see and let you know if I really do get my shipment via Federal Express in 3 days like they said. "

"Purchased through this company doing business as Consumerexpress on eBay. Costumer service is nonexistent with this outfit. The only express is in their name, and on billing your credit card. Called in to confirm the winning bid, I was told that it would be shipped via USPS due to my living in Alaska. They shipped it via UPS with a P.O. Box as the address, causing further delays to their shipping time. When the camera finally arrived it had several items listed as back ordered. I sent three emails to them requesting info on the items. No response from them until after the back ordered items arrived and I posted a neutral evaluation of their business on eBay. They then sent an email saying to call their 800 number about the back ordered items, and also posted a personal attack on my eBay status. I corresponded with them several times since then, and not once have they ever answered the message about the personal attack except to say that if they recieve neutral or negative feedback they respond with the same, and that I should have contacted them to resolve the problem, I guess three emails asking for an update does not meet their definition as contact. Run away from doing business with this company, once they have your credit card number they will not correspond with you about your order in any way. "

It was in perfect shape, perfectly wrapped and every item I ordered was in the box. All this was after getting help from a very courteous and personable sales person who took my eBay order over the phone.
