"No plane tickets and no money
Booked a flight and thought everything was good. Noticed after that it was the wrong city and country for my flight. I live in Canada not USA. Priceline gave the run around and said deal with the airline. Airline says deal with Priceline. Wouldn't help in any way possible. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told the wait would be 11 to 25 hours to get a call back. I put in a complaint with the airline and have now disputed the charges with my credit card company. I will even go down to see CTV News tomorrow and talk to them about these horrible practices. I will most likely never see my money again! Never use this company ever! I should have trusted those other bad reviews."
"I booked my hotel yesterday with Priceline for express deal and my reservation suppose to be for 3 adults and 2 children. When they emailed me the conformation, the booking only for 3 people?? I called them and try to explain it to the customer service, they said this is the hotel policy and they have nothing to do with it and I have to pay extra at the hotel for 2 people???? I asked them to cancel they refused. Now I am ending up paying more than the regular hotel price. BE AWARE, This web site is a scam, they don't give you what they promise!!!

"I was trying to book a flight for my daughter.. I go to complete it says the flight no longer available,ok so I'll restart same thing. Over and over showed the flight was available then when trying to complete my booking same thing.. I tired a different computer. Same result.. called what I thought would be customer service but as I find out it's just people Answering calls to make you feel better with no way to resolve the problem.. I went right to the airline site. Booked the exact flight that priceline said was not available for the same cost.. but without the bs.."
"Could not be worse. I had to find a place to stay for the night on July 2. I found one online and made the payment. It turned out that I had accidentally booked a place in Princeton, New Jersey, in the US instead of Princeton, BC, in Canada. Made multiple calls to cancel the reservation or at least have another place. The closest place they could offer was 3 hours drive away. Finally, an agent said they had contacted the hotel in US and they were going to make a refund when the manager comes in on Monday. I did not hear from no one until Thursday. I called and was told that the cannot make a refund. I take responsibility for making a reservation by error, which is partially because of the Priceline generated ads and promotional offers. But can you really call it an honest business when I cannot even cancel or modify a booking within hours of having made it, with 0 refund? I hope travelers avoid your service."
"I booked online for a car rental. My flight was cancelled due to weather and they refused to refund my money. I paid $500 for a car that I never picked up, never used, and the flight cancelled was not my fault. They would very unsympathetic and would do nothing. I will never use Priceline again for anything. "Priceline and the hotel both charged me taxes and fees. So “paid up front” is a lie. Calling both companies they blame each other and both say they cannot do anything. The hotel leaked that Priceline only paid the hotel $204 of the $309 change by Priceline and it did not include taxes and fees. I’m not sure if that is the case but it felt like they were working together to not help me. Do not use Priceline. You can be charged AFTER your stay at a hotel with them claiming hotels taxes and fees. After taking with Priceline trying to get this resolved they will admit that this is in the fine print in the contract. They will knowingly screw you over. "
"I booked a room in Nashville with a swimming pool. Upon arrival the desk mgr informed me their pool has been closed for over 2 years. the first picture on Priceline showed a swimming pool pick. The mgr apologized and directed me to call Priceline to cancel my reservation
I called and after 25 minutes, they informed me the swimming pool access was not guaranteed. After another 30 minutes of mgr escalation, they finally refunded my charges.
BEFORE YOU BOOK ON PRICELINE, CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTING. DO NOT TRUST PRICELINE INFO PROVIDED."
"Book Americas best value inn motel though priceline in Plaquemine. L.A.. Call motel to let them know that I would a handicap accesble room they said the room would be ready ...Call to let them know that we were two hours away so they wouldn'tgive the handicap accesble room away . cause I walk with a Walker and can't to shower. Get there the man put hand his or no the handicap accesble room a guest broke the toilet. Well why didn't lady say when I called. Now we had unloaded the truck tried and want to take a shower and lay down the drive was 1000 miles from Columbus, oh to Plaquemine, L.A. they lied about the room I was so upset and tried my Walker and i fell . the room was dirty the toilet bowl dirty the bathtub was slippery no grids. I'm still upset I fell twice in the hallway and room on that dirty bathroom floor . had to set on the tub to wash up I got a pic of the bathroom floor my friend to clean the bathroom floor with a towel it was nasty dirty. Got a picture I got proof . didn't feel like unloading the rack. The man said they r going to take 40 percent of of cause he didn't I had to go to the funeral without a shower .i will never go though priceline . the said they couldn't fine my reservation . so noting they could do . "i wouldnt offer services of this company to people this is a fraud company i reserved car rental through priceline when i came for pick up price for rental of car was way different full price wasnt listed on priceline when i canceled reservation because price was higher priceline refused to pay full refund so keep my story dont get any car rentals or hotel through third party like priceline because u dont know how much exactly you will end up paying "

"On 05-22-2021,I booked an hotel in Baltimore MD(sleep in)through Priceline, but before I did I specifically told the Priceline agent that I needed an hotel that provides a shuttle transportation because I have a very early flight...the agent find sleep in hotel.
This morning (05-25-2021) I called the hotel to confirm the time of my arrival ,to my biggest surprise,the front desk employee told me that they don't have shuttle transportation anymore for a year so I called back Priceline to let them know what was going on ,just for them to tell me that there's no where in my booking saying that I requested for transportation and if I wanted to cancel my reservation there would be"NO REFUND"!

"Worst company I've ever worked with. I hate them so much. We had three cards hacked into and fraud charges all over the place. Priceline has the majority of all the fraud charges. It's been 3 weeks and they will not refund me anything even though I didn't make the charges!!! All they said was talk to your bank or we can give you credit! Explain that... If I didn't make the charges or bookings in the first place why the HELL would I want to go through priceline with credit? I don't ever want to deal with or go through priceline again. Seriously the worst customer service. I've repeated myself thousands of times. Talked to so many different people. I am currently waiting on a call back AGAIN but this time from a supervisor. I'm about to sue this company, no lie. I hope holding my thousands of dollars and letting a criminal get away with whatever they want is worth it. You better believe I'm blasting the worst reviews for you all over the internet and social media. DO NOT GO THROUGH PRICELINE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ALL IGNORANT. FYO you will never talk to an English speaking person either.
