"be carefull with pricepleased.com and true 1080.com this 2 companies are funnies and are just fishing for credit card numbers and don,t send the goods that you order on their websites. this companies are garbage.

i ordered a samsung UN46C8000 on dec 15 10 and never received it. called them back a couple of times to check on the status of my order and all they said was, is in backorder, regardless that their web site said in stock and ready for inmediate delivery. WRONG!! regardless on which button you pressed on their answering system this same guy peter answers with this same orient accent, backorder, backorder. i try to speak to a manager or someone else but all i got was peter from the far east.. well this guy did not resolved anything and eventually did not pick up i guess he saw the area code from where i was calling and decided to play the no answer game. of course i learn my lesson and did what i had to do in the first time. i decided to buy it at best buy for 1,499 plus tax. which by now it was on special from 2,199 to 1,499. i had to called my credit card company and change the number on my card, got a new one in 2 days rush delivery whitout any charge. i did this just to make sure this crooks will not be able to sale it to some other creeps and misuse it. learn from my and this other guys and don,t goo for the low price game that they play. you don,t get anything and your card number is floating around getting free stuff somewhere far,far away.

"STOP! Don't Do It! Take your hand off that mouse and Don't Click That PLACE ORDER Button!!

At least if my experience is any suggestion of the treatment you may be in store for. Here's my tale of woe:

Linked to their site thru Nextag to order an 65" LED TV. Price was good, and their web site stated it was "In Stock" and would ship in "1 to 2 Days" with free shipping via "FedEx/UPS."

Expecting to have a neat, state-of-the-art Samsung flatscreen to watch the bowl games on, I placed the order on 12/14/10 and received an email that someone would be contacting me to "confirm my order."

When that didn't happen (my first clue), I called them and learned shipping wasn't via FedEx/UPS, it was going to be via a freight company and no anticipated arrival date was avail.

And then--wait for it--I learned in the coming days that the TV was not in stock and had been backordered. I pointed out their website had stated it was "in stock". I asked them to contact Samsung and let me know when it would ship. They said they would and never did.

All emails to the company went unreturned, and their representatives who said they would call back never did.

Pricepleased.com blows and won't be around long at this rate, learn from my sorry experience and shop somewhere else.

"I am having a funny experience with this guys at pricepleased.com. I ordered a samsung UN558000 TV on black friday and they have not delivered up to date. I have called almost every week to find out why, but they seem to put the blame on samsung company even as they told me then that the TV was in stock when I called to confirm my order and continue to indicate in stock on their web page today. I have been reading quite a lot about this guys online and some of the experience that other people have had is frightening. This is my last week of waiting. I think 6weeks is enough to wait. If I do not receive it by Friday, I will probably have a lot to say. I am in touch with some states AGs and some congress guys for investigations I thinks this modern day scamming has to stop."

"Just purchased a Samsung TV from this company. Represented that the item was in stock. When no shipping info was available, I called to verify the order. I was told that the item was not in stock and would ship out as soon as it became available. When asked how long it could be I was told that they had 'no idea.' I am very disappointed. I was put on hold multiple times with no notice, NO customer service!!! This is what I call customer DISservice!"

"Just got burned by these guys. They sold me a Samsung UNC557000WF listed as brand new. I started having problems within a few days of delivery and found that the serial number had been tampered with. I was able to decipher it and Samsung confirmed that it was a refurb.
These guys will also tell you that they will register your product for warranty for you. This is a lie so you do not contact the manufacturer.
The also use the names:

Their prices are starting to show up on Nextag and other sites and there is very little about them on the web. Filed complaints with BBB, IC3 and credit card.
