"These folks are of the "caveat emptor" sort...buyer beware. Bought a product from them that arrived in a plastic bag without instructions. After several emails in which they suggested we "look online" for instuctions, they finally stated that no "instuctions" were mention in the offer and we were SOL...(and no instruction for the specific product were found online...generic ones using different equipment but nothing that matched the purchased items...).
