Instruction that came with device stated that a CD would be required. Instruction manual not clear. After fooling around for awhile it did seem work without CD. Cannot get full use of device due to poor manual. Trouble knowing what and when to do.

Big problem with first page of survey. Whenever a charecter is typed into box the page closes. A waste of time trying to get it to work. Would be better to just delete it and go straight to the email version. The email version works."
