"I stumble onto price rock and after there 25% off that expires daily lol I get a $360 chain for roughly $265 that stated it was approximately 9.5 grams. Gold should be within 5% of approximate weight.
I receive my chain go get it weighed(because it felt light) it came up as 7.9 grams...
1.6 grams off that's nearly 20%.
So in understand the chain is not expensive but the reason I pulled the trigger was because of the stated weight and a promising price for further gold purchases...

So I called after 30 minutes of holding while the guy (spoke to the manager) he came back with you got too good of a deal for me to help you... all I wanted was a return and the bracelet that I assumed I bought... He also had the nerve to say that others get heavier weights and dont complain lmfao ok guy I'm not trying to take a loss because these so called other people get heavier chains.)

If you bought anything under $500 be ready for them to scold and guilt trip you into thinking it's your fault..
