"I ordered a watch from them and received shipping information the next day. A week goes by and no watch and no communications. I then write them two emails asking about status - no response. I finally find their phone number and call them. Response is "watch was out of stock, but we sent you an email." The reality they neither sent me an email or read the ones I sent them. I requested a refund and was told they would "do it that day". Did not happen. Filed a complaint with PayPal and received refund the next day. Watch I purchased is still on their site and shows "in stock" even though it is not. They have a good score on eBay, but I would never buy from them."
