No one would actually go check to see if it had really shipped from their warehouse or was still waiting to ship to their Houston store???? In short, no customer service.

Then, when it finally came in, I arrived in their showroom and there was one person ahead of me. In spite of that, it took 1 hour 20 minutes until I left with the gun. The gun was ordered and paid for. All there was to do was fill out the Federal form and check my CHL. Having bought many guns over the years from probably all the major gun stores in Houston, this is the worst customer service and slowest process of paperwork I have ever seen. Ever! As an instructor, this will be on my list of gun stores I will advise my students to avoid."
