If there are delays due to high volume, it should be made clear that orders won’t ship same or next day so that buyers can make a better informed decision."

They apologize and collect my credentials they needed and state it will be sent immediately. 10/28 I still see nothing about my order, so I send another email requesting status update. I’ve yet to hear back again and my order has yet to be sent. I normally very much like this company, but this experience has been very disappointing and I’m still waiting on my order.
