"I actually placed the order on December 5, 2007. All I have to say is BUYER BEWARE. This company has ripped me off. Once they had my money, the customer service ended. I purchased an EONON in-dash DVD player for my son for xmas. The item never worked (even after the manufacturer repaired it the first time, the second one didnt work either, so I sent it back again). They would not return my calls or e-mails. I had to go directly to the manufacturer to get answers. Long story short, here we are in march 2009 and I still dont have the DVD player or MY MONEY. Prime Car audio keeps telling me they sent the item to me yet wont supply me with a tracking number. The lies are endless with this company. Whatever you do, dont waste your time or money on this company. They should be put out of business for their practices. BUYER BEWARE"
