"I ordered struts and some other parts for my Grand Prix. Got them quickly with free shipping. Good quality parts. Had an issue with one item and they replaced it immediately. I'm ordering again right now. I highly recommend them. If you can't find what you need on the web site be sure to call them because they probably have it. I couldn't find what I needed and called and it's on its way."
"I purchased these struts and one was defective causing the drivers side to wobble fiercely. I wasn’t able to drive it because it was too dangerous nor was I able to get it checked right away. When I finally got it checked it turned out to be the strut. The company only gives 6 month warranty which is very unfair due to their promises of thorough inspection and quality. I am very disappointed and now have to pay extra money to replace. They were not cooperative in refunding any portion of my money and I will never do business with them again. If you are smart, you won’t do any business with them either. I didn’t want to give any stars but I had to at least give one in order to leave this review."

Buy the warranty or buy more expensive bearing. Crap. Customer service would not do anything or stand by the product."

"I bought parts for my car back in February. Not even a week after they were received we were trying to fix my car. We got sent wrong parts for most of the order and in turn had to go spend double the money for the right parts. After getting wrong parts we waited almost 2 weeks for labels to return the parts. Finally got to send parts back out and waited over a week to call about our return. We were told 7-10 business days for our refund called again but 14days later and was told another 3-5 days. That 6th day when called told same thing 3-5days. Now middle of April still waiting on our refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DICKED AROUND AND NOT GET CORRECT PARTS. LAWYERS WILL BE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE. Supposedly 3 days ago when my husband called the sales rep said 24-48hrs for our refund. Today we are supposed to recieve the refund. LAWYER has been contacted and is aware when our refund is supposed to appear now supposedly for the millionth time. I suggest if you don't want to have to deal with lawyers and hassel DO NOT ORDER FROM here. They don't even offer so much as a discount if you ordered from them again or even so much as extra money deposited for the hassel and all being their careless mistakes and them being careless on people spending double the money because of THEIR mistake.

"BEWARE BUYER!!!!!! When I was looking for Tanneau top for my Nissan Frontier truck I contacted Prime Choice. The salesman gave me the type and style for my truck and I then purchased it. Unfortunately for me the information from the sales rep was wrong. When contacting the company about this error they were first reluctant to give me a return label however, I was contacted and approved to get free shipping back to the company... One glitch, I had to pay a restock order of 15%, and they would only reimburse me after they examined that there was not damage to their product. Their fault and I'm paying for it.
BTW...They do not sell replacement parts for these items... Good luck if the plastic latch breaks!

"I ordered a new radiator from them and they sent the wrong one, they said we ordered one for a 2006 mustang GT, which is crap. I have a 1996 and trust me if you know anything about cars they are not mistaken for each other, and the one they sent is for a manual, mine is automatic. Now they want me to pay to send it back and pay a frigging restock fee before they send my money back. CROOKS! And their customer service people are rude and won't do anything for you. BEWARE of this garbage company. I'm contacting an attorney to see what I can do, also the BBB! Jerks and scam artists, I wouldn't even give them a star if possible."

"They made me jump through hoops to get a refund on a bad radiator. After filling out forms, sending pictures of the leaks. They now want a picture of me removing the radiator to show it is out of the car. Its 15 degrees out and I have not purchase a new radiator yet. This is not good customer service. You sell a bad product, you refund it, that's how good companies work."
