"PrimeCables / 123ink / ShopperPlus offers competitive pricing for their products. However some products are sourced from Cheap manufacturers and have quality control issues.
What I did notice about their review system is that they would artificially inflate the average review ratings by removing most of the 2-Star or 1-Star rating. It makes the product seem better than it actually is and any evidence of premature product failure is hidden with the negative reviews.
I've bought into their products quite a bit, almost have the fully set of PrimeCable power tools but felt disappointed when I realize a lightly used power drill failed because of an overheated (normal duty cycle) trigger controller.
Customer service wasn't much technically although the "reply" to my review requested me to reach out to them. They also outright ignored the fact that my reviews were removed multiple times."
"Great deals on TV mounts and cables.
I've purchased mounts for monitors and recently a TV mount that was very well made.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work in my apartment.
I contacted them about returning it for a refund.
They told me to keep the mount and they'd give me store credit so that i could order another free-standing mount.
They have wonderful sales weekly as well.
Highly recommended."
"I've purchased a desk and even thou on the website says, and I quote: "In Stock. Delivery 3-5 business day", they sent me an email 6 days later with the "wrong" tracking code. I called to ask about that and was put on hold for 20 minutes. The outcome was "We are going to call you later with this information". Well, the later never happened. Day later I call again, another 20 minutes on hold and the customer service couldn't be worst. Besides the rudeness, she said my order was "returned" to the Warehouse and that they MAY, ship it out today.
At that point I was upset but I kept my cool. I said that this was supposed to be delivered between 3-5 business day and now it has been 7 business day and it hasn't even been shipped.
The next part is the best. She says "I will cancel your order for you." I said no, I will look for another and will decide wether I will cancel it or not. She said she was going to put it on hold. The next 5 minutes of the call was me telling the lady DON'T PUT IT ON HOLD because she was insisting on doing so.
By the end of the call I asked to speak to a manager, she said it would take up to 48 hours for me to get on hold of a manager. Can you believe that? So no management, no customer service and the worst, no respect for the customers.
Anyways, some companies are 'on and off' with that but when you have 1 start this website, that should tell you something.

"I had an issue with one of my orders (Billing didn't match delivery address) and it was cancelled automatically (after it had been processed a few hours after making my order). I called customer service who were able to walk me through a workaround. They stayed on the line while I made the order and then they immediately checked with Finance and ensured my order was processed. 4 stars for customer service. I removed a star as I feel I shouldn't have to wait several hours go see that my order (though successful) could not be processed due to address discrepancy. I'll update this once I receive my order"
"I bought 2 tables from them online and wanted to return both of them (one is not open). But they made it very difficult for you to return by asking you to do this and do that including taking the pictures of items even though I told them that I already packed and taped everything up. And on top of that they will charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price even the item is not open."

"I called to place a very simple order and was cut off 3 times by Prime Cables. After the 4th call back i finally got the order placed. I waited 6 days to receive the order and to my surprise it was not correct. I called there service dept. and all i received was a person who said take a picture and put it in the mail and send it back to us and we will send you the right part. Worst costumer service ever, very rude. I had to redo a order and the guy moved all of the sale discount to one item instead of taking the time and applying them properly to each individual item. When I returned the item with the discount they would one give me back a refund on the discount price meaning they weren't actually refunding me on the price I paid for that piece. Apparently the guy who did this has since been let go. Seems like a omission of guilt to me."
"I placed an order with this company on 02/FEB/2016 for a router that was listed as “In Stock”, indeed when checking today it still listed as “In Stock”, with promises “Order Now to ship out in 1-2 Business Days”. After noticing the item still had not shipped, I sent an inquiry to the company. They advised that it was not in stock and will not be until 11/FEB/2016. Be very careful if you require your items in a timely manner, this company is not for you!"
