"Great lights BUT took a long time to ship"

"Website was easy to navigate and the choice of items was just what I was looking for. However, asking for my input prior to my items arriving is a bit premature. I placed my order on Dec 29, yet according to my tracking info, it didn't leave the company until Jan 6 and as of Jan 7th, it was at the Fed Ex facility in Texas. Today is Jan 9, and there has been no tracking update since then."
