I ordered MULTI-COLOR LIGHTS which is stated on the Invoice.

I called immediately and Jeff returned my call and said I would have the Multi-Color lights by Thursday. The Electrician waited all day and I paid $1000 for lights to be put up and the Multi-color lights did not arrive on Thursday. The lights arrived Friday, too late and not being used. Very disappointed. Now I must find the time to get to UPS to return the unwanted item. Very poor customer service"
