We put them on a tree in the woods to give the animals a little christmas. We've already had a moose sleeping beside the tree. They sure are bright lights in a dark forest. We love them"

"I was disappointed in the fact that the picture posted for a multi string light set I was interested in was not accurate. It showed the color bulb purple being used. Although fine print under the specifications listed the colors and did not include purple.....a picture says 1000 words as they say and it was an error that mislead me. It was THE reason I chose to purchase over $200.00 of lights from Primo - because I based it all on the multi string with a PUPRLE light bulb. In the end, I had to change the design and arrange for a return etc. The customer service representative was sarcastic to me about "not really reading about the product and it being my own fault" despite the picture error. I felt his attitude displayed through choice words regarding the topic more than 1 time was rude but it was not worth my energy to engage in confrontation as I just wanted to get the lights before Christmas. Hands down - products being sold should be marketed using an ACCURATE picture of what you can expect. There is no arguing that basic business practice."

"I received a box of 25 count multi colored twinkling lights, instead of my intended order, a box of 25 count teal colored twinkling lights. I needed to get christmas lights put up on my house and didn't have another week to wait on a correct order.

Not really upset over the mixup, I found a use for the multi colored lights but hope this issue can be addressed and corrected in the future.
