"Wow, what an amazing experience, great service, fast shipping, excellent pricing. At first I was a little weary at the prices being so good. But, these guys make sure you are one happy customer. I found them online through Google, did some research to make sure they weren't too good to be true. Well they are exactly as advertised, great reviews, and great customer service. I was impressed that I received a call by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member, the morning after placing my order, to confirm the order that I placed (Nikon D800). The item was shipped promptly and care was taken in it's packaging. Definitely coming back to these guys for all my camera/video/media needs. Would recommend to anyone!!! Oh, and did I mention my camera I bought was $75.00 cheaper on their website than 99% of their competition."

"Unless you have extraordinary patience and a tolerance for inaccurate information, I would not order from Primotronix. I placed an order for a Canon lens on February 28, 2013. After not receiving any confirmation of shipping, I called and was told that I would have to wait two weeks because the uv filter wasn’t in stock. However, if I did order a more expensive package, the lens would immediately ship. I refused this extortion attempt. The next day I received an e-mail telling me that my order was being processed. When I called, they said that they found the last filter and the order would be shipped. Several days later, the order was shipped and it arrived several days after that (now, about three weeks after it was placed). However, part of the order ( a lens hood) was missing. When I called, they apologized and told me it would be shipped that day. Over a week later I called again because it had not been shipped. They apologized and said that I would get in within a week. It didn’t arrive and when I called yesterday—April 16th, 2013, they told that me that the post office must have lost it (if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you). Further, they said that it was not worth the postage to resend it, so they will just refund my money. I will post another comment if I do not receive the refund within a week."

"My experience with this company is like no other I've experienced in my many years of purchasing professional camera equipment. I was guaranteed to be sold a brand new factory sealed Nikon D800. The first camera I received not only had a crack in the interior mirror, but was used. I sent that camera back and was sent what was supposed to be another "new" camera. The replacement camera that they sent me was also used. I confirmed this via serial number with Nikon Inc. Since I no longer wish to deal with this company I returned that camera and requested a full refund. They tried to talk me into having either an extended warranty or to send me yet another camera, to which I said no. I was then charged nearly $600 in a restocking fee for having the wrong product sent to me, not once, but twice. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase quality new camera equipment. Their customer service is rude and many times hung up on me when I was trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. In my opinion I was deceived into purchasing a product that was not what it was advertised as being - a BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED NIKON D800! I would rate 0 stars if it were possible. "
