"I ordered a watch for my wife through princeton watch on April 30th. They had a great price that was better than any other e-tailer I found on the net including Ebay. They shipped promptly and has some of the best shipping rates around (normally 2nd day air costs only $3 to the customer as Princeton Watches absorbs the remainder of the cost). I recieved the item without incident, but realized even though the watch was listed as women's on their site, it was huge! Princeton watch did accurately list the size (around 42mmx36mm), but the gender for the watch being classified as "for women" threw me off. My wife's wrist is way too small for such a large size. As much as I liked the watch, I decided to return it. Princeton watches has a truly hasslefree return policy. No RMA was needed. I simply repacked the watch with a letter explaining my reasons of return and a copy of the invoice. As stated in their policy, I was refunded promptly about 5 days after they received the item, less $9.30 for the shipping cost they absorbed when sending me the item. 2nd day air at roughly $12.30 ($3+$9.30) is pretty good compared to around $25 that seem to be the norm with most e-tailers. Their customer service is also EXTREMELY quick in answering inquiries. I've emailed them about 2 or 3 times throughout the process and had them respond within hours. I called customer service once or twice and a live person answered without going through a phone system and 0 hold time. Ultimately I am happy with my purchase experience, Princeton Watch is definitely a straight shooter, and I will be ordering from them again in the near future. "

"Everyone else who's left feedback seems thrilled with this company but I wasn't very happy. I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive Wednesday morning with overnight delivery as a gift I needed for the weekend. For some reason I didn't receive the email they sent telling me it was on backorder (hotmail - go figure). I called them that afternoon, only to be told the watch was out of stock and that a truckload was coming in the next day. I called Thursday and was told they were unloading the truck and it might be Friday before it was sent out but that it would be sent out overnight. I called Friday (remember, the emails they're sending aren't getting to me) and I'm told the watch is on backorder again. Further research showed there weren't enough on the truck to fill all orders so I would have to wait until next week. I canceled my order with no problem, but a company that seems largely web-based should update their technology to indicate something is out of stock. This would be especially helpful during the holiday season, when time is of the essence. They to have some great prices and I might use them again, but I will allow plenty of time for delivery and maybe use a different email account! ;)"

The customer service was fabulous and this is the 2nd purchase I have made from them. 5 years ago I ordered a Seiko Kinetic watch (which I still own) and nothing has changed since. "What an incredible deal! I was browsing through the mall, looking for gifts when I noticed the best looking Seiko watch I have ever seen. Enthralled, I tried the watch on. It is beautiful! So, then I looked at the price. $375! Well, there was no way I was paying that much for the watch. The merchant told me there would "probably" be a 25% off sale starting Thrusday, and I could get an additional 15% off if I opened a CC account with them (and, I would need to pre-buy it on the spot, and pick it up on Thursday). That knocked it down to about $240 (plus tax) with a CC I didn't want. Standing there, I thought to myself: "Self, they are knocking $135 off the price of this watch... How crazy must there mark-up be? It is a great looking, high quality watch, and I was tempted to pre-buy (after all, they only had one!), but I decided to go home and look for reviews. Lo-and-behold, PrincetonWatches.com shows up in google, so I check out their site. They had the exact same watch for $209, with $3 2-day shipping. How could I go wrong? Well, (if you read my reviews) not all internet companies treat their customers well. So, I logged onto this site, and here is PrincetonWatches.com with a 10.00 score. Not all of the reveiws are necessarily current, but there are a couple. I decided to take a chance, I received the watch today, had it sized locally for $5. Total for watch $217.

"I purchased a watch through Princeton Watches and got 2nd day delivery for two dollars. The watch arrived, but within a couple of days, it stopped working for a day, but restarted working. The watch was solar powered, but should have a 90 day battery life even without any light.

I had no confidence in the watch, so I contacted Princeton watches and returned the watch for my choice of a full refund or an exchange and they agreed to pay my shipping costs of shipping it back, although I never got around to giving them the receipt for that.

Their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a watch."
