Adam Luce, my sales person was very helpful in the ordering process; quick & efficient, but when I wasn't completely satisfied with the color of the napkins, Adam fixed the problem as quickly as possible. I ordered white in a recycled napkin and when I received them, they were a sort of gray color. I like the idea of the recycled paper though so Adam made sure I received a replacement that was actually white.
