"The Account Manager, Gail, was the most courteous and helpful manager EVER. I initially had trouble ordering on the site, which I think was my fault as I was multi-tasking. So I thought I had ordered some wooden yoyos the night before, but the confirmation email never came. I was getting desperate as this was a holiday gift that needed to arrive by a certain date. I called up the company. Gail readily checked to see if it was even possible to have my order shipped to me by my requested date. She then took my order, and entered my credit card and shipping info. She continued to be on the phone with me as I emailed her my art attachment for my customized yoyos. The next morning, I received the proof in my inbox with two options of purple to choose from. Six days later, Gail emailed me again and said my order was shipped. I received my order the next day. The order came 8 days earlier than I had expected. The yoyos were sturdy and the printings were precise. It DOESN'T look as if it would fade or peel off AT ALL. The quality was MUCH BETTER than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased!
