"I ordered a new OEM maintenance kit for my companies HP LaserJet 4345 network printer. Instead of an OEM kit I recieved used parts that had obviously been pulled out of another printer (the parts the kit was supposed to replace).

Upon contacting the store I was told they shipped the wrong parts (clearly) but the item was now back-ordered and the price has gone up $75.20, and to return the used parts I'm expected to pay for the shipping.

It is my sincerest hope that the last part (shipping) was a mistake, but I can hardly assume that for the price change and now back-ordered status. This company makes me extremely nervous."

"Dealing with the folks at PrintSavings.com has been an unexpected pleasure. I ordered a port replicator (docking station) for my college aged daughter's IBM Thinkpad. The part arrived on time at a reasonable price, packed in a familiar IBM box.

Along with the port replicator, I received an offer to discount my next order with PrintSavings.com. I more or less ignored the discount, as I didn't expect to be ordering from PrintSavings.com again, but my college aged son decided that he too would like a port replicator for his docking station. I placed the order for another port replicator, forgetting about the discount that had been offered. I sent a request to PrintSavings.com asking if the discount could be applied to the already accepted order, expecting to be ignored. Instead, I received a prompt response from PrintSavings.com informing me that the discount was being applied - no questions asked.

How nice to deal with an internet store front that treats its customers like they're valued.

"I ordered an LCD monitor and the order was canceled without any communication from PrintSavings. Beware of this vendor, only order from them if you do not actually need your item. Not recommended!"

"I Ordered two CH Products flight sim controlers from printsavings.com, they were priced about $40 dollars cheaper than anywhere else so even though I had never heard of printsavings.com I thought I would try it. The order went through fine and they cahrged my card so I was just waiting for them to ship me my items. I had been checking my order status everyday through their site and about four days into my order my order had suddenly been canceled. I received no email or reason to this and my card was still charged. I had to email printsavings.com to find the reason for my order being canceled. Aparantly they never sold these items in the first place even though thier website said they had over 400 of each in stock. Also they swore they emailed me and said they always email when they cancel an order, well I never got one. Now I have no contollers and a charge against my account that I have to wait five days to come off. It just goes to show that the old saying holds true, "if it sounds to good to be true with printsavings.com it is""

"Awful. I ordered an item for a reasonable price. Four days later I receive and e-mail telling me that they cancelled the order because of a pricing mistake. I should have been notified immediately so I could order somewhere else or order at the corrected price! I was to receive my item before I left on a month long business trip but now I'm screwed unless I rush the order through someone else. Very crappy."

"Purchased an Antec PSU. Shipping was pretty cheap for something as heavy as the PSU, probably not adjusted for weight.

However, the packaging was not so great, was borderline sufficient, and so the PSU box has marks represntative of being smooshed (compressed?) by something much heavier."
