Purchase was made from Print On a Dime for empty refillable cartridges for my EPSON R200 with auto reset chips that claim to reset to 90% once they reach 10% ink level, to avoid unecessary cleaning cycles. There have been some misunderstandings with the seller at first in regards to the shipping but everything arrived on time - Product is easy to use and worked right away all except the chips do not reset to 90% as advertised but instead at 100%, forcing the printer to waste ink in cleaning cycles. After numerous complaints and e-mails with the seller back and forth we have finally reached an understanding and mutual agreement. He agreed to have them checked and replaced if I send it back to him, I refused on the basis that it wuold cost me over $20 to ship, so at this point I have found a way to deal with it by resetting them myself and the seller offered me a discount for my next purchase.
