"This is my 2nd or 3rd time sending a project to this customer for printing. They are so on the ball and it seems they check and double check and make sure your questions are answered and you are ordering what you need. The few projects Printastic has handled for me have been major ones and of a sort that I'd never done before. The first project, they interecepted and didn't even print because they said the results would be unsatisfactory. So I made changes per their suggestion and when my project arrived, it was awesome. Everyone who sees it, raves about it. My most recent project was a sign that was a giant sticker. I sought their advice prior to submitting my job and am so pleased with the result. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high, compared to what I paid for my first giant banner project, but went ahead and ordered anyway based on my previous experience and I thought perhaps the materials for this job were more expensive than I realized. I was so pleased to find two signs, one for each side of the street sign I was populating! I don't know if it was a mistake or I wasn't paying attention during check out, but two stickers made the project far less exorbitant and I'm just super pleased with this company. One note to make: the cheapest shipping option will take exactly how long they say so be aware! It's a long week waiting for your project to arrive!!

"We had ordered banners for our business a few times and always were satisfied with the turnaround. Noting special, as it is what you normally expect when you place orders online. The true measure of a good vendor is how they respond to problems when those arise.
On our last order, it looks like there was a problem with their order server communicating with their payment server, so payment was processed twice and order was not completed on the order side. When alerted, they were quick to reverse charges and to process the order, so the turnaround was as fast as if nothing wrong had happened."
