"I have ordered three different sports banners through Printastic. The first one and the most recent banners were awesome and exactly what I ordered. The pictures printed perfectly and the banners don't have much glare from the sunlight.
The second banner that I ordered was an individual sports banner. When it arrived, there was no grommets and the edges were nod folded over. I submitted a ticket to Printastic about the issues. They let me keep the wrong one and sent a new one at no additional cost within two business days.
I will continue to use Printastic for all of my future banner projects because of the professionalism that they have shown."
