"worst customer service EVER! - I placed a time sensitive order trusting the times they advertise on their website and it has been almost a month and still have not received the product. I have called over 10 times have NEVER received a call back. They told me a manager will call me and I had to call to talk to the manager. They assured me the cards will be delivered last Friday and NOTHING. I sent over 6 emails and they never responded any of them. I had to call again today and they said OH I am sorry the order did not ship out on Friday but it will today!!!! let's see if it does... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if you have a deadline to meet... if you can wait over a month and you do not care to get horrible customer service then it is a good choice. "
