I ordered business cards for a client on Friday 8/7, paid for a 1-day turnaround and express 3-day shipping, expecting it would arrive by Friday 8/14. Well, Friday came and went, I checked my order and it still said it was In Production. I immediately contacted PrintPlace because I needed the cards Friday 8/14... Long story short, it's 5 days later and they still haven't arrived. I'm told they'll be here tomorrow but I don't believe them. This is ridiculous. I won't be using them for anything I need in a hurry. I have been extremely disappointed in their lack of urgency."
