"Fifty dollars, a two month wait and now I am supposed to wait another 4 weeks. I ordered a hat but when I found out it would take four weeks to receive I called two weeks before delivery and changed the delivery address. Two weeks later I received an email that the hat had been delivered - to the old address two thousand miles from the new address. I called and was promised a new hat to be sent to the correct address. Four weeks later and after unanswered emails I called for the latest. The woman I talked to knew nothing about my hat and now wants me to wait another four weeks. This business has to be in somebody's garage in back of their mother's house. They have never answered an email, each time I call I speak to a different person, they don't keep notes on previous conversations about ordered items and each time I call I have to go through the entire process again. "
"I ordered seat covers on June 21st, which should have taken 2 days to ship according to their website. After 22 days, I am still waiting for my order to SHIP!!!! I called 5 times, and was told that they were moving offices, I guess for every day that I called, because the last time I called they were still moving offices. I was told that they would expidate my order, which of course, since it has not shipped yet, didn't happen. Find a service that delivers what is due to you and to the people they supposedly support. "
"I ordered a custom hat. They even emailed me and I gave specific instructions. The hat finally came over a month later and it was wrong. I paid 50 bucks for this kind of service. They were not very apologetic. They were like "sure you can return it". You only get half your money back for custom returns. Prior service seems a bad name for this business. I'm prior service with 22 years. Meant nothing to them. I would go somewhere else. Very disappointing. I'm sure they do well with most orders but if they get it wrong, you're out of luck. Still cost you money.
