"This is some of the very worst customer service I've received online or anywhere. I ordered a laptop battery. It took WAY too long to arrive (even after paying for expedited shipping!), it arrived in a box that was nearly falling apart, the battery packaging was OPEN (new? I think not!), and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I'm still waiting for an RMA number after requesting it over a week ago. I have ordered a replacement battery, trying desperately to give them the benefit of the doubt (5 days ago); I placed that order before their 11am cutoff time for same-day shipping, but as they have been completely unresponsive via email, I have no idea if they came through on that promise or eve shipped it at all. DO NOT give these crooks your money!!!"
"I placed an order on 11/30 for a laptop battery and was charged right away. I was told that an e-mail would be coming soon with my shipping number. By December 2, I still hadn't gotten a number, so I e-mailed ****@**** and got no reply. On December 4, I e-mailed them again because I still hadn't heard anything and I still got no reply. So I called them on December 5 and was told that my battery had been on back order but it would be shipping soon with a free upgrade to 2nd day shipping and I'd get an e-mail with a shipping number. On December 13, 2 weeks after placing the order, I had no battery and no shipping number and I was still missing $50 from my bank account. I called them again and was told by another operator that "there was some confusion on the part order so it had been held up." Today was Wednesday and they couldn't promise that I'd have it my the end of the week, 16 days after placing my order. I canceled the order, but we'll see how quickly I get my money back."
"Bait and Switch.
I ordered a new laptop drive that they speced as DVD+RW, DVD-RW, DVD+DL, and CD-RW.
The first drive I got appeared used or refurbished, didn't open when the button was pushed, and did not support DVD-RW or DVD+DL.
The second drive looked new but did not support DVD+DL.
RMAed a second time (and I paid for shipping), then they decided they could not provide me with a drive that met their own specs. They credited back to my credit card $20 short! I'm now working with the credit card company to get my $20 back.
edit: Credit card company did not come through for me. I'm never sending another dime to the crooks at Priority."
"Ordered keyboard 2nd day air. The day after I ordered they emailed saying the credit card was declined. Since there was no reason for the card to not go through, I immediately (within 2 minutes) called the person who sent the email, Dawn, to find out why it was declined. I'm figuring they put the wrong number through. No answer, so I left a voice mail. 6 hours later there was still no reply to my voice mail so I sent an email. She replied to my email asking if I wanted her to try the card again. Gee, to me that would have been a no-brainer. So I reply, "yes, please do". The next day she sends another email saying it was declined again. Since I was out of the office for most of the day, I didn't get the message that it still wasn't ordered until after business hours. Sometimes a plain old phone call from customer service would be much more efficient. So now, it's two days later and the part is still not on it's way.
So what else is there to do but order the part from someone else, which I did.
My advice is to stay away from this company. Their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired, and they seem to have no sense of urgency to fill an order, even when expedited shipping has been requested. They're either imcompetent or just don't care."

"Ordered a combo CD-R/W Floppy drive unit for my Dell Inspiron 7000 from Priority. The unit is advertised on their website as a complete package (floppy drive, CD R/W, and front bezel)ready to insert into the laptop. What I was shipped was just the CD-R/W portion of the unit; just the bare bones chassis with nothing else. I got an RMA and sent it back. 21 days later I got what should have been the correct part back from Priority. Guess what? They again shipped the same bare bones chassis! Again an RMA number, UPS pre-paid shipping label and a second trip to the UPS Store to ship it back to them. This time I also cancelled my order and put their $104.96 charge to my credit card in dispute. I had no confidence in their ability to provide me with the right part the third time and wasn't about to continue with this pathetic performance. Although I must admit that the Returns person I spoke with both times was a nice guy, evidently someone in the warehouse picking out parts for shipping is totally incompetent. Their office/warehouse is only 20 miles from my home here in So. California and it took them 21 days to go through these two screwed up iterations of ship/return/ship. I won't do business with them again and would warn others to beware. "

"Ordered a refurb Presario 1455 keyboard for a client. Came in a reasonable time, installed keyboard, was completely shot, and only 3-5 keys worked, but they entered the wrong symbols. I got an RMA, shipped the keyboard back via Fed Ex 2nd day, I checked to see if they recieved it, and they did. 5 days later, I had not recieved ANY response from them. I called them, and they would not even talk about it until I had given them a tracking #. They called me back 30 minutes later, and said they DID have it (and had for 3 days. They said they would be e-mailing me the new tracking # that afternoon. I STILL have not recieved it as of noon the next day. I called them again, and Chris told me he would send me the # immediately. I STILL do not have it. I will NEVER do business with Priority again. What if I had not called??? I am convinced that it would still be just sitting there, gathering dust."

Battery arrived well packaged, on time, and works great. I paid for 2-day shipping and got it. I will not hesitate on using Priority Electronics again. I did check resellerratings first. I thought the negative comments were trivial and decided to use them. I am glad that I did. Thanks Priority Electronics...
