"Shipping costs are high and it takes them a while to ship after you pay"
"They do not fulfill their orders. I ordered a boxing mystery box that was to contain 3 items. I received email notification that my item was delivered. I was away for a couple of days dealing with medical issues. Two days later I receive an email stating that my item was returned to sender ( which was not initiated by me). Now they are telling me that all they can do is give me a credit or refund. I want neither. I want the item I ordered. If they can't find a way to overcome even the smallest issues with anything but a refund/credit, then despite what their site states, they are unable to deliver what they are selling. Seems like they just hold the onto your money until you get tired of dealing with it (I wonder what the float is on the revenue from all their unfulfilled orders...?) This situation is awful, is entirely driven by them and leaves the purchaser with no recourse except to frustratingly eventually accept a credit/refund. I have put a lot of time into trying to get this resolved. I believe that time has value. $600.00 of value. So I am requesting that my accountant send Pristine Auctions a 1099nec for the value of the item and my time."
"I won an auction, saw my bank account was charged then refunded, and not long after I received an email that my auction had been forfeited and that I was charged a 30% restocking fee. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that my billing address and shipping address did not match so my item was forfeited — this has never been an issue at any other online service/store. They did not inform me of this or allow me to fix the simple mistake before forfeiting my item and charging my account the restocking fee. When I asked if I could please fix the addresses and still receive my item, Damon at customer support said "you were aware of our policies when you made an account" — sure, that may be the case, but why not allow me to fix the address, pay the money, and keep a customer? Instead, I will pay the $12 and never use Pristine Auction again. They just don't do good business."
"I bought several items from this company, at the same time. The customer service has been horrible.
Four items- two F1 signed shirts, and two signed posters.
Issues-
1) no certificates of authenticity came with any of the items, which in aggregate cost about $1200.00. I have tried to contact them at least five times. About a month after purchase, I received three undated, and unspecified generic labels which had nothing to do with what I bought. Basically, without authentication, these items are worthless.
I am wondering if anyone has a contact number for the CEO, who is either unaware of the terrible customer service, or is a participant in a scam.
I have not yet filed a claim with my credit card company, and have yet to contact governmental agencies, since this is interstate commerce.
I will post an update after further attempts at resolution. Until that time, I would suggest that any potential customers be quite careful in dealing with this company.
To the CEO- I would be far more concerned about your corporate and personal reputation. It will haunt you.

I have contacted the AG In Arizona
And I ask you do the same if you have ever been screwed over bye Pristine Auction
If you purchased a item with the PSA COA years 2019 to 2022
If you been charged as a seller for a redo COA that came from them
Contact if you had a COA fail that came from them "
"Let me write a review from. A once buyer to seller
I am far from alone in these type of stories
1st you can’t criticize them on there social media or your banned
Been banned from there Twitter account
I was recently banned from there FB
For advertising my items and said of you don’t want that you want mine
(They advertised a Josh Allen card but no where did they advertise my signed Josh Allen Football)
When i questioned the owner Jared Kavlie he got back to me fairly quick
Looked into it and he came back with
They said I was banned after they said they asked me then asked me then asked me
I questioned Jared to show proofs
As I was NEVER asked even once
So they lied to the owner and about me
Few weeks ago while pushing my items a person commented that he was happy with me for having a good luck with them while he did not
I commented back saying all wasn’t great and I received a email 1 email from customer service saying
I should not bash on social media
Now let’s get in to selling with them
They 1st require you send a list of items you are selling for approval
I did as asked
After approval I sent 2 big boxes to them
Cost me $300
They do start listing rate away
2weeks in I get a email saying a item I can’t list and a damaged item are being sent back
Damaged card was a patrick mahomes graded 10/10 card that has sold on there site for over $700
Of course you can’t call or live chat with anyone all done bye email which is usually 1 email a day if your lucky and it normally doesn’t answer your question so you must email again
Find out it was a item I purchased from them that NFL says they can’t sell
And a card case was cracked which was in great shape when I sent graded 10
That cost me $30 for them to send back
I asked if box was damaged as I purchased insurance
Never got a answer
They lost a item Ken Norton that has his hand print on it
They had JSA and Beckett redo COA’s that came from them
Keep in mind each item they have JSA or Beckett cost you
When you question it you get a run around answer
They charge a min $7.50 and have the right to start at $1 so if it sell’s for $3 you owe Pristine $4.50
They don’t advertise your items on there FB page unless it is a high priced item
So I did my own advertising on there site
Which I feel helped sell my items so we both benefited
Guess they did not like that so lied to the owner and blocked me
You have no say at all how they sell your item or where they list it
So far my sales have been $ 9,129.00
There share is $1,960.00 plus 17% from buyers of the $9,129.00 part
Equals almost $4,000
Cost to ship to me and other costs they did on me $103.00 (Now at 130)
Keep in mind
Not counting the minus part where you end up owing then
You are not allowed to have any suggestions
Because the email systems for sellers ****
They get 15% from a sale then charge buyers 17.% so they make 32% off each sale with a minimum of $7.50 from the seller
I have questioned about my lost item for weeks
Still have items missing that had legit COA missing
All you get it
There was this many items on this box and this many are posted and this many are awaiting COA never what it is
As I have a list of every item sent to them and the COA number and company
To charge me for a COA that came from them to start with
To charge me to return a item they sold me they approved for sale
To have a expensive card that was graded a 10 get the case cracked when was fine when sent
But purchased insurance
But could not get a simple was package damaged
To be banned over lies
If they didn’t like my style of advertising my items they could speak to me or advertise for me
Maybe the almost $2k they made off me wasn’t much in there mind
So I tell everyone
If you want to sell
Be weary use caution
They only care about high end stuff
They won’t push your items at all
But they clearly will take there cut
You took the word of a employee when there was no proof
You clearly decided to side with them even though they lied
They still have 20 plus items of mine
Would never recommend selling with them if you want value of your items
Poor customer service
Poor attitudes
Poor advertising
Poor communication
I so want Pristine reply ad I have every email
1 email couple weeks ago saying about bashing them
You want a company who cares this company isn’t it
You want a company who wants your items to sell as much as they deserve
This company isn’t if
I will NEVER buy or sell using them again
Like to add
They have made 23% off my sales
Add the extra fees it comes to 25%
17% from buyers equal 40% a item
Comes to almost 4K from my % and buyers %
Update:Jared contacted me after I filed a claim with the BBB and left negative reviews
His words are this
I have been traveling all day and just seeing this. Also noticed you left long negative reviews.Seems best as this point we part ways
This was after his employer lied to him then lied about me
Jared disappeared from chat for the rest of the day
As I asked for pr"
"Pieces of sh+t no real customer service to speak of. Only email or live chat. Show no loyality to their customers. Look for any way to charge their customers extra for shipping, handling, and restocking than most other e-commerce sites. READ THEIR SMALL PRINT!! They want you too mess up some way to charge you for nothing."
"I won several auctions work a few thousand dollars. When I went to check out they were charging me almost 3 times the shipping price. 6 days now and they won't answer the customer service request to fix this but keep sending me "pay now" emails. Yesterday they stopped me allowing to bid on items unless I paid (the fees that were wrong), and now today they cancelled the first of my items and saying I will be charged 30% fee (FOR THEIR ERROR). If you are going to play with the big boys you have to actually have customer service. They used to be great but it is clear that as Pristine grew, Customer Service was gone."
"Terrible quality knock off jerseys. Not even close to feeling like a real one. Don't waste your hard earned money on these auctions. "
"Looks like most 5 star reviews are short and sound forced. People with 1-2 star reviews seem to have had legitimate issues with this site, myself being one of them.. Just stay away, look for other sites. Very bad customer service ( a lot of common items including jerseys , helmets , balls.) Save your money and stay away. "
"I legit just tested it an item came online legit 1 second ago and bid 50 more than starting and said a bidder has beaten my bid it's insane they don't say there are reserves just pretend its another bidder. They also won't let you split up orders which is insane and there packaging is so awful, especially for funko pops I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless u can bid a normal price and not get secretly robbed but honestly don't support these people there's lies all over there site. "
"I believed I was getting 4 jersey but only received 1, plus they advertised great players in the mystery boxes but u and up with a common player, plus the customer service is really bad"
"Do not get fooled by all the language that you will get something good in any of their mystery auctions. It is all a fraud and to get money for nothing in return. I have had it happen twice and so has everyone else I have contacted about it, that is why I am writing this message. Mystery helmet, mystery cards, mystery balls.. its all a bunch of garbage and a complete fraud to get money and LIE about what you are going to get. Stay far away from any of it."
"It’s good except a little repetitive on what’s for sale and the duties to Canada are killer so s/h and customs sometimes cost as much as much or more as what you spent so be prepared for that when you bid if you are Canadian."
"They have what they call "Extended Bidding", if someone bids in the last few seconds, they will add on Ten Minutes to timer! And keep adding on time until a full Ten Minutes goes by without any bids!!!!! Super Shaaaaady, In my opinion! The Fees involved make your purchase just a few dollars under retail price as well."
