"Took a chance and ordered a customized product. Price was very good, and quality of the blank was good. However the product arrived with half needing rework (graphics not fully adhered blank). Emailed them notifying them of this. They replied stating that we can fix them them ourselves by by ironing. I replied stating its not my job to fix their defect, and requested a refund (any refund). They replied with the most aggressive, rudest worded letter I have ever received from a company... offering to rework half the order -- but also included a threat of litigation if we sent more than half back. It would have been better if they just said "sorry, no."

Decided to keep the product and try to fix them and cut my losses instead of dealing with this awful company any further."

He won’t listen to any of your concerns and will accuse you of trying to commit fraud against his company. When trying to explain, he will cut you off and state how he’s only the sales rep and that they no longer take customer service calls. After being accused of fraud, he will place your order on hold, and the only way to change that or get a refund is to email them but they don’t have a contact page on their site"
