"The shipping was super fast even to Canada. I was surprised to receive the package in 2 days! As the interior of the Porsche Panamera has no real place for a cell phone mount, ProClip has a solution for that. The instructions were well documented specifically for my car and the mount itself is very sturdy. I was able to get a corresponding holder for my Iphone and the whole setup was flawless. The fit, finish and placement of the mount were perfect. The best part is, it's totally removable.

"I have a 2017 Mazda Miata. The cabin is small and the dashboard (do we still call them "dashboards"?) does not have a single square inch that is flat enough to stick a cellphone mount to. Plus, the nav screen, the air vents and the climate controls are all bunched together right over the gear-shift. The ProClip which arrived this week is a simple elegant solution. The service manager said :look he is not the first of our Volvo customer to have this issue with ProClip mounts that we have tries to install- more like the 5th! They insist it fits trust us it does not and they need to make the next ProClip much more sturdy and user friendly!"
"I looked everywhere for a phone mount for my XT4. Everywhere I looked I had to glue something to my dash or my window. I could take up a cup holder slot again a hard no!
A search resulted in a purchase of a ProClip mount and clip for my Samsung Note 9. Installation truly was only 90 seconds. All of the tools needed were included as to where the wire clips.
I was hesitant to spend ~$100.00 on a mount for my phone; however, am I ever glad I did! I purchased the wireless charger mount. It magically cycles each time I start my car, I place my phone between the clips it captures the phone and charges. To remove a slight tug and it is released.
I "highly" recommend considering purchasing any of the products from ProClip, you won't be sorry. "

"Purchased the F150 / Expedition dashboard mount with universal QI car phone holder. Mount is a cheap plastic mount that did not wirelessly charge and would not hold a phone with a low profile phone case. The phone kept falling forward. Returned to the company in new condition and was charger return shipping for an item that didn’t even work. In interest of transparency, we tried three different iPhones with 3 different cases (non-otter box) and non of them wirelessly charged but when returned company is claiming they tested it and it worked. Additionally discovered that the mount has to be plugged into the cigarette lighter and cannot be used in the vehicles USB ports. Waste of time and money, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and save money and buy a better mount like the bulletproof or builtright mount"

Customer service notified you via phone that the charging holder must be plugged in via the cig plug adapter and not only the USB port. In addition, our returns department verified the exact unit you returned was in proper working order when used correctly. After returning the working parts, you were then given a full refund. I should not have to pay shipping charges not restocking fee. The item is defective. The unit was doing fine until a few days ago. I am use the power cord that came with the unit I even tried it with a different power cord no luck.

"I ordered a mount for my 2001 F-150 and I later found out it was back ordered. Usually that's not a problem as I am patient, but in this case I purchased the mount because my wife and I will be driving across the country here shortly. Long story short: ProClips offered to change the shipping destination to the house we are picking the truck up from vs my home address if it didn't arrive at the warehouse in time. What actually happened is that it arrived at the warehouse the day before I needed it and so they overnighted it automatically without charging me an extra dime!
This is truly a company who values its customers! Oh darn if I buy a phone mount for my other two cars now :)

Dash mount fits securely, installs easily, and I was able to position it such that I have access to audio and climate systems controls - AND able to insert/retrieve CDs.
Holds my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G securely while driving, easy to get phone into/out-of holder.
Email contact with ProClip re purchase confirmation, shipping, and tracking all top-notch as well.
For reference this is the FIFTH mount/holder combo I've bought/installed/use and swear-by. Highly recommend, worth EVERY PENNY. Other vehicles I own and have ProClip products installed on include:

We have reviewed your recent order of 714013 and 855342, those products are in fact compatible and are in our top 50 most sold. If you do have other ProClip vehicle mounts and holders you would know that the back plate of the tilt swivel is to come off of the holder so that it can be attached to the face of the vehicle mount using small black self-tapping screws. The pre-drilled holes on the face of the vehicle mount is a guide and the self-tapping screws do the rest. The holes are smaller than the screws so that the screws bite into the ABS plastic giving the device holder a firm attachment. (It has been this way with our products for more than 20 years.)
We have no record of you calling and we have no email with pictures and video. We do have a chat between you and Victor, please see transcript below. We don't feel Victor was rude to you, he was clearly trying to troubleshoot the issue with you.
Please share the Volvo dealership information we would like to give them a call to verify. We have had no reported issues from a Volvo dealer and the owner of ProClip has had a number of Volvo's himself over the years. All of our products are manufactured in Sweden where Volvo is made, the product got it's start in Volvo cars in the early 80's. We have a very hard time understanding how the two products you purchased don't work together. VP - Items 855342 and 714013 are compatible with one another; the back plate of the device holder may need to be rotated to align with a set of pre-drilled holes on the mount faceplate.
