"I ordered roses for my wife for Valentines day which I have done in the past with usually satisfactory results. This time the flowers didn't last but a few days. Some started looking bad after 24 hours and within 72 hours they were pretty much green waste. Usually they are beautiful and last 7-10 days.
I did call the company to let them know and the person I spoke with was going to have to discuss the issue with the owner in the next few days.
They did have my name and number but I never heard from anyone. I told the person at the store that I wasn't looking for something for nothing but I called because they should know the flowers were not up to previous standards.
Their lack of concern and contact was just as disappointing as the flowers.
This should not be a reflection on ProFlowers but rather the third party. I have been satisfied in the past."

I would get a confirmation of order being out on delivery, then an email stating they could not due to not having the flowers (so how was in en-route in the first place) then asked if I’d like the delivery “guaranteed” within 24-48hrs, chose that option and yet again “cannot be delivered” this nonsense happened too many times, so I know I’m just one person but you’ve lost my business. If the local store cannot deliver at the times they offer on your site, then please just make that not even an option. You need to do better with having up to date accounts with what the local stores have and can and cannot deliver on. "
