"This was my first poor experience with ProFlowers. I ordered over 3 days in advance for a delivery on a Tuesday (Oct 8). The flowers arrived very late in the day on the 9th. If the 9th had been a day before the event, it would have been acceptable. But for a major surgery on the 8th, I felt letdown. The flowers however, were beautiful and well received. "

"On their Ring camera, my son saw the flowers that I sent to my daughter-in-law being delivered to their front porch while they were away from home. Sometime later the same driver came and took them. I contacted ProFlowers who contacted the local florist they came from. No one had an explanation. Since it was her birthday, I really wanted a same day solution and requested that new flowers were delivered the same day.
The next day she received 2 arrangements, the one I ordered and a tacky, cheap second arrangement. I had requested one nicer, larger arrangement as compensation.
I expressed my displeasure and requested a refund, which I received and gave to my daughter-in-law. if I had wanted to give her cash, I would have done that originally.
I understand that strange things happen, and I would count a stealing delivery driver a strange thing, but I still expect the company who hired him to take responsibility."

Perhaps a little coordination between Groupon and ProFlowers that helps identify what specific products are available for specific Groupons would help. At least twice this year, I've purchased Groupons only to find that I can't use it for my ProFlowers purchase."
