"Everything up to the delivery of the flowers was good, however, the delivery was far less than what my expectations were. The deliveries to two different locations were scheduled to be delivered on December 22, well ahead of Christmas day.
One delivery was delivered as scheduled and requested. There was no note or card attached so the person receiving the flowers had no idea who had sent them.
The second delivery, also scheduled for December 22 was delivered a week late and, again, no card or note to indicate who had sent the gift.
This service did not meet the standards of Pro Flowers as I have experienced in the past which led to some disappointment. Now I am wondering if I should give Pro Flowers another try as other events come up. "

"This was an absolute disaster order from you guys. Never again. I had 3 Christmas orders. 1 was delivered late, the second one was the mess. It was out for delivery on the day I scheduled, then never made it. I submitted a request asking why, and got a generic auto response saying that it was delayed due to bad weather. There was no bad weather, we live in the same town. It was literally 50 degrees. So I responded asking when it’d be delivered, and it said delivery was attempted but couldn’t be completed. I responded saying that was not accurate, I talked to the recipient - she’s retired and home all the time and no one showed up. At this point it was a day late already. So I reached out again asking what was going on, and I got the same “bad weather” message. Which is absolute garbage because again, our weather was literally fine. THEN I find out the store called her and told her if she wanted her flowers, she had to go pick them up. I was furious. Why did I pay so much extra for delivery if she had to go herself?! And it totally ruined the surprise and gift. So, she went to get them. I sent a message on the site explaining all this, and while I was promised a response in 24 hours, it’s been days and still nothing. Super embarrassing, super disappointed and will never order again. This issue could’ve been resolved with actual communication, but it was super unprofessional and I was ignored.
