The seller did not include the card with the tulip bulbs, so when my friend who got the flowers, she had no idea who they were from. So **** poor customer servicer.

The seller needs to be informed. I am also sick and tired of the apologies. An apology is not going to fix the screw up.

Ordered 2/15 (day after Valentines), Promised same day, then told me it would be delivered 3/21 (one month later)

"I had originally ordered flowers (same day delivery) on February 15, 2023, one day AFTER Valentine's Day. I was informed that it was "guaranteed delivery" by the end of the day. I paid for same day delivery.

I then was informed that the flowers were not available and that it would be delivered on Feb 16. I was informed that they would refund the same day delivery fee.

I then was informed that Feb 16 was not available and that the flowers would be delivered on MARCH 21, 2023.

That will mean a 26 day delay in my "same day delivery" order. So, a Valentine's Day gift will be delivered a month late in March? How ridiculous!

I ended up cancelling the order, but I would rate this experience with ProFlowers as ZERO stars. If you can't deliver, don't say that it's a "GUARANTEE SAME DAY DELIVERY."

Flowers never on time.

"Ordered flowers back on the first of the month of February, wanted to have them delivered. Proflowers has no idea when will be delivered or where the flowers are. Proflowers us basically a middle man for florists and consumers. It would have been better if I just orders from a local florist myself and delivered them myself. I will never use proflowers again."

Second Strike

"This was the second order within 3 months that was messed up, the first order was not delivered to the correct place and the plants didn't look anything like the picture on the website, it was replaced with the correct plants but it took over week for that to happen and now I had a plant scheduled for delivery for my Mother's birthday and received a delivery notice and after talking to my Mother found out that she hadn't received anything and had to notify ProFlowers who claims they are now going to send her the plant by 02/09/23 so I will wait to decide if I am going to continue using them in the future."
