"Ordered the flowers for delivery on a specified day and time. On day of delivery, I received an email that said my delivery date was all of a sudden "unavailable". I had to call the seller to find out the real reason, which was they funeral home requested the flowers be delivered the next day instead. That could very easily have been stated in the email and it would have saved a conversation. On the actual day of delivery, I got a second email (about the same time that the viewing was underway) stating again the flowers could not be delivered. After calling, I was provided an apology and received confirmation that the flowers had in fact been delivered. And that brings me to another point (and regrettably I have encountered this for the many years I have been ordering flowers on line). I assume the flowers I ordered were the ones delivered but I have no way of knowing because the local florists never send the buyer a picture of the final arrangement, understanding that there will be some variations depending upon flower availability, etc. "
