Complete ripoff!

"I ordered a Pelonis electric heater from ProMax Commerce through Walmart's online marketplace. The heater developed an annoying rattling noise within a few days of its arrival. I returned the heater to my local Walmart store for return. The heater cost me $27.15, but ProMax Commerce only refunded me $6.38. They charged me $10 shipping and listed the selling price as only $16.38 on my refund statement. I paid $20.77 to NOT get a new electric heater! Not acceptable!"

Not a happy customer

"Ordered a gate from Walmart along with a gate extension that was apparently ProMax's item. Walmart refunded me for the gate when i returned it in store but wouldn't take the extension back and redirected me to their vendor, Pro Max Commerce. Pro Max advises they won't take the product, which never came out of the box, back because it was beyond the 30 Day window. Now I'm stuck with a gate extension that I have zero use for. You win, Pro Max, but I can assure you it is for the last time. "

Poor shipping

"I ordered Pine Tar to make soap and when the package arrived there was Pine Tar all over the shipping box. The post office had to deliver it in a plastic bag. Never again! And shame on you Amazon for doing business with a company that has very bad reviews!"

Misleading picture ad

"Ordered 24 plant saucers. According to the ad picture it appeared they were assorted sizes but not so. They are 24 of the smallest sizes. To return would cost 20% restocking fee plus $10 shipping. Bummer. Gotta be a consumer protection law against this!
Company should refund in full and clear up their ads.

POORLY PACKAGED, VERY POOR SERVICE!

"My experience with ProMax Commerce was disappointing. I ordered from walmart.com Item: AT&T ATTEL52203 Dect 6.0 2-Handset Answering System With Caller ID & Call Waiting. The item arrived damaged due to the poor packaging and its been over a month now trying to get a refund, the customer service Erica ****@**** at Promax ask me to send her images of the damaged item and I sent her 6 email with 3 images but till today no respond Very difficult they ship the item in plastic bag instead of cardboard box. Never again."

Over a month later and still did not get my items.

"Very difficult to get in touch with. Received the wrong item. I ordered 3 items for a clothes line Customer service blamed it was a packing slip issue and resubmitted the order. This time I received one item with a packing slip that says I received 2 items ... trying to get in touch with them AGAIN and I am getting a answering machine during business hours. Don't know it I will ever get my items and would like to cancel my order however there is no way to do that! Guess I will keep trying I don't have 25.00 to throw away. VERY POOR SERVICE!"

"Fraud. Buyer beware. Seller shipped the wrong item and blamed it on Amazon. Would not pay for return shipping. Stated that they would give me a full refund and then refunded less than half of the price. Avoid this shady seller."

"My experience with ProMax Commerce was disappointing. I contacted ProMax Commerce twice trying to get a tracking number and I never got a tracking number. After placing an order on the internet, I expect my order to be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. For my only order placed with ProMax Commerce it took 112.45 business hours for my order to be shipped. Not satisfactory in my book. ProMax Commerce is teamed up with Amazon.com and orders are processed through Amazon.com. However, it my case there was also a 3rd party (ProMax Supply) involved in processing my order. So many layers involved equals poor service!!! "
