"If you order from them, they will be quick about getting to your order. However, if there is anything wrong, then you will most likely be out of luck. I sent back 2 clubs to them in April of 2009 after they told me to send the clubs back. One shaft broke in the grip between my hands (?!) and the other shaft was the wrong make/model. I have tried contacting them 5 times and even placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org). I have not heard a reply from them much less seen my two clubs. Now I am missing a 7-iron and 5-wood from my set. Do yourself a favor and check the BBB. Also note on their customer feedback on their website, they only post "glowing" reviews. Sound fishy to you? It should. I sent them a semi-positive comment with a question about my clubs. Did they post it? Try to find it. Stick with more reputable dealers like diamondtour, golfsmith, etc. They stand behind their products and put the customer first. I am out $140. Hopefully, this will save you some time and money.

"Placed order with PSG on the 16th of January on the 24th when my customer canceled order because no shafts or grips had arrived to complete his clubs. Contacted PSG by email on the 24th to cancel order yet they shipped order on the 26th. Contacted or tried to contact PSG numerious times, finaly recieved email form PSG, said they would make this win/win for both of us, recieved email 1 hour later explaining items were back-ordered "09" products which caused delay. Asked for return credit since no notice of back-order was sent and shipped 2 days after cancellation of order(no responce). As mentioned by other reviewers no tipping instructions included for shafts, to go along with no invoice either(no material write-off). Derek has decided that sticking his head in the sand will make this matter go away, wrong! If you purchase your clubs from CC SYSTEMSGOLF and theres problem I'll make it right, no matter what, every time! ProSeriesGolf apparently does not operate in this manner, it's all about character or lack of!"
"Placed an order and paid for some golf clubs in June. Order never arrived, they promised several times that the order was shipped, then lost, then shipped again. Nothing. Now they don't answer my phone calls or e-mails. A complete scam company. DO NOT ORDER anything from ProSeries Golf. "
"I placed an online order for a shaft and a grip and it was shipped and arrived quickly. Their Web site has a tool that tells the status of your order, but no tracking number is provided.
My items were packed well, but the grip I ordered was replaced with a more expensive one. I can't complain I guess, although it's the same color blue as the shaft and not black as I ordered. No shaft trimming instructions were included as they should have been and, although I was fairly sure the shaft was butt-trim only, I called the toll-free tech-support number and nobody answered so I had to leave a recorded message. It's only been a couple of hours, but nobody has responded by phone or email to my question.
Proseriesgolf has a pretty good selection, ordering was easy, and shipping was fast with good packaging. Overall, I'm satisfied."
