"Prosoccer sent me the incorrect Germany jersey and after I returned the incorrect jersey, they refused to refund my money. I spent an hour on the phone with the owner Tony being insulted in every way, being verbally abused, yelled at, and called a liar.
Just one example of our hour long circular conversation: When I told him I sent back the jersey sealed in his bag with his stickers, he said I was a liar. I told him I sent him initial pictures of the sealed bag showing them their error when I requested the return. He said I didn’t. I said, yes, they are on your email. He then said he can’t see the attachment. I resent him the email string and after looking at the picture he says the bag looks like it could have been open……”
He offered to refund half my money twice and both times then changed his mind. Later in the call he asked me if I would like a video showing my item packaged to solve this dispute. To wit, I said “yes, that would solve this problem and show the wrong jersey placed in the package.” He then changed his mind and said he didn’t want to show this to me and told me to use a lawyer or whatever because he wasn’t going to refund my money.
Prosoccer sent me the wrong jersey at $90 and after I spent additional money returning it, I receive an hour of verbal abuse as the owner changes his mind three times on customer service. When I told him he was being verbally aggressive, loud, and abusive, he retorted, “But I didn’t swear did I?” Ladies and gentleman, buy your soccer equipment elsewhere. I am not the first to call this place a scam, our children should their supplies at an honest supplier. I’ve learned my lesson.

"I placed an order with prosoccer.com late Sunday evening for a Christmas present. I did not hear from the company until Tuesday that the item was not in stock and would not be delivered. I was surprised that their system could not have notified me earlier that the item was sold out. Since I was leaving town and I wanted to get the item in the time, I asked a representative over the phone what kind of shipping deal they could give me to make up for the time lost by their inaccurate internet inventory. The representative talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I wrote their customer service an email about this incident and got NO REPLY. So beware: just because you think you ordered something off this website doesn't mean they actually have to it to sell. And customer service will not make any reasonable attempt to make things right when their ordering system wastes your time."
