"After numerous email correspondence, the company refused to return the fender flares I purchased. They were brand new, and the return included all original parts, even the original box. This was 3 weeks after purchase date. I was told that the item did not qualify for return (they supplied a return policy and after review I quoted it heir own policy noting that a return for poor quality was not an exclusion as per their own document and that the return should be processed as per usual business standards. They then attempted to charge me 225 dollars for shipping and another undisclosed reshelving fee yet to be determined. The part itself was $200. This is unacceptable and ridiculous; as a business owner myself I have never seen such poor business practices. "
