They seem to not take inventory at all as both orders from them were eventually cancelled a week later after a simple inquiry as to where my item was 6 business days later. They have an automated system that both purchases postage, marks shipped, and posts a Delivery Confirmation number, but then eventually they admit they never even had your item in stock, refund your money and cancel the postage.

They would rather have a negative mark (among the 65k+ positive) and refund then actually take inventory.

An automated system hurts only the customer. For me, I gave them a chance, I'll stick with eForCity or Monoprice. I know they both give wonderful service as I've ordered from them many times in the past."
