"They have poor communication with customers. I ordered online on Saturday and called on Tuesday to verify everything was going along well. They told me the order hasn't shipped yet for two reasons. The first was that the product was not in their warehouse yet. This was a surprise because according to the web site it was in stock. The second was that I had the wrong billing address. I gave them the correct address, thinking that it was strange to not have heard from them. Finally, I call Wednesday only to find they still haven't entered my correct billing address and I have to give it to them AGAIN! Combined with long hold times and customer support agents who have attitudes, It's not been a happy experience.

I asked about upgrading to Saturday shipping for their mistake and they wanted to charge me. The best tip I can offer is to write down the customer service agent's name and extension or they won't believe you.
