"TERRIBLE SERVICE! I found this company online, found the item I needed and called them to make sure delivery could meet my needs, The sales staff told me the order would be filled 10/26/10, Never recieved a tracking # so I called. Ship date changed to 11/3/10 no tracking # was sent on the 4th I called agian and shipping was to be on 11-10-10 got a tracking # and trucklines and the truck line they sent me was wrong, found the truck line with the pro # and it showed the delivery would take 20 days, found out the truck line was not given the proper contact info. If you can order anywhere else I would suggest to do so."

"Pro Supply was extremely helpful in getting me the part I needed to fix my washing machine. Stephanie was so pleasant and friendly when I called, giving me the feeling that this company cares about how they can help you. The part I needed is one that a lot of suppliers have on back order, as did Pro Supply, and Stephanie told me it would be about 3 weeks before I should expect it. Imagine my surprise when my part arrived today, exactly 7 days later! I did a lot of research in finding the best deal on this part as well, and Pro Supply had one of the best prices available. I definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them again. "

"Part for frig arrived 2 business days after order. Precisely what was ordered. Shipping cost was less than driving 10 miles round trip to pick up at nearest appliance part store...which looking at the return shipping address actually seems to be Pro Supply...so if I was more in a hurry I guess I could have arranged to pick up the part. I give 5 stars to them for this round."

"This company was fantastic to do business with! It is rare, these days to find an online store that is so knowledgeable about what they sell, as well as so willing to help. It is definitely a relief after having to deal with these big box chains, such as Home Depot, who hire people that generally are useless in terms of good advice. It is clear these Pro Supply guys have been doing this stuff for a long time and the personal attention I received was very much appreciated.

I bought an overhead heater for my back deck. The guy I spoke to (Paul, I believe) patiently walked me through all of my options and gave me his best recommendation. He also answered all of my installation questions and made sure that I would have all the necessary parts so that I could set it up and begin using it right away. The product arrived quickly and in perfect shape. It was easy to install and I have been very satisfied ever since. It is quite nice to now be able to spend time out on my deck even when it is chilly outside :)

"Watch out for these guys! They advertised free shipping on one article and charged me $11.63 shipping for an item that only cost $11.95!!!!!!!! They feel justified in doing so. I received a flipant e-mail reply by their sales rep Stefanie Halstead stating, "At this time if you wanted to return shipping for the whole order as well as the 20% re-stock fee stated on our website for all returns. Have a nice day"
I CLEARLY STATED ON THE CUSTOMER REMARKS SECTION- which they obviously don't even look at...That if there was any shipping charge to cancel the entire order. They sent it to me anyway!
I ordered a large box of compactor bags because their prices were good, but with this shipping expense, it came out MUCH higher than competitors AND they have CRAPPY customer service!!!!!!!!!!

"I ordered two black Jenn Air cartridges. I received two stainless steel cartridges----and not even on time.

I expected some form of compensation or an attempt to satisfy me ina timely manner. What I received was an RMA number and I was told I could pay dora second set of cartridges and send back the first and hope for an adjustment. The alternative was to send back the incorrect cartridges first and then wait for a second set (hopefully correct) to be sent to me.

In light of late delivery and incorrect order fulfillment I expected better. But that was the best I could get. I am disappointed.
