"I am very please to write this review to let everyone know about my experience. I order on the feb/23/2011, and I got it about 10 min ago. I suggest you register in, when checking out, that way you can track back the order. Needless to say I did not do it and fail to pay attention to the email of confirmation of the order. I was very nervous because I keept calling the custumer service number and the would never answer, I left 5 massages but never a call back. I was very dissappointed. Early in the morning I came to my computer to get the number and call again, once again no answer I tryed looking for the email and finally found it with the tracking number, I called FEDEX 1 minute before they were knocking on my door with the packet. I order 61-340, Barand NEW in original packet , VERY PLEASED. Great price, I had gone to Habitat RESTORE and visited pawn shops yet even used were much more expensive.
